Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Western-trained Private Duty Nurse to a Royal Household in Riyadh.

This is high-acuity one-to-one nursing inside a residential palace setting. The household runs a fully staffed private medical suite, and the post carries genuine scope for autonomous practice rather than task-based delegation.

The Mandate

• Discreet, continuous one-to-one care within a residential palace environment.
• Autonomous nursing practice supported by a fully staffed private medical suite.
• Direct continuity of care — the same nurse, the same principal, over the long term.
• Absolute discretion as an operating condition, governed by strict NDA.

Candidate Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid licence and current registration.
• Minimum seven years acute or private duty nursing experience.
• Trained and licensed in a Tier-1 Western healthcare system — UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western or Northern Europe, or select Southern European jurisdictions.
• Fluent English.
• Eligibility to meet SCFHS accreditation standards.

Package

• £65,000 – £100,000 per annum, tax-free and paid net.
• Private staff accommodation, flights and full medical cover included.
