Consultant in Emergency Medicine — Private Family Residence, Abu Dhabi

Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Consultant in Emergency Medicine to a private family in Abu Dhabi. This is a Live-In appointment centred on medical readiness within the residence, maintaining a private clinical response suite where clinical diplomacy carries the same weight as clinical skill.

The Mandate

• Continuous acute readiness within the family’s residence.
• Procurement input over a private clinical response suite.
• Acute care delivery under strict household protocol.
• Absolute discretion under NDA.

Requirements

• UK CCT/CCST, FRCEM or an equivalent European fellowship in Emergency Medicine.
• Minimum five years post-specialisation within major trauma centres or high-acuity settings.
• UK & European training.
• Psychological resilience and command of professional boundaries.
• Native-level English.
• Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

• £240,000 per annum gross, with accommodation and travel included.
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Private accommodation within the residence.
• Continuing professional development allowance and annual flights.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
