What These Appointments Look Like

Osteopathy inside a private household is one-to-one structural and manual therapy delivered from a private treatment room at the residence, usually alongside the household’s physiotherapist and personal physician: musculoskeletal and postural care for a principal, recovery support after travel or sport, and longevity-orientated maintenance for senior members of the family. Credential Standard

Every osteopath on this register holds an osteopathy qualification from a UK or European institution and current registration with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) or the equivalent national register, with credentials verified at source before being matched to a mandate. What every family asks of you

• Availability to start within six weeks of offer.
• Complete flexibility around the family’s calendar.
• The ability to relocate alone and to travel with the family worldwide, often at short notice.

Typical Package

• £60,000–£95,000 gross per annum, indicative — one-to-one private family appointments and longevity-focused mandates reach the upper end; the confirmed package depends on seniority and the individual client mandate
• Relocation arranged by the family, plus flights on confirmed placement
• Strict confidentiality throughout

The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.

Scope of Our Role

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
