The Emirate’s private families and their family offices staff named-patient and named-family care rather than shift rotas: newborn and paediatric care, high-acuity care at home, and private duty nursing inside residential estates.

How an Abu Dhabi nursing appointment is structured
Household nurses are introduced in pairs, never alone, so that care never depends on one person. In Abu Dhabi, every appointment is a permanent, live-in appointment with the family, with annual leave: two permanent nurses alternating daily shifts of 8 or 12 hours, including where a family needs round-the-clock critical care, who, once in post, travel continuously with the family across several countries. The contract is signed directly between you and the family. We introduce and verify; we are not the employer, and the introduction fee is paid by the family.
Local arrangements
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and you, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

Each listing states its own gross remuneration. What experience do critical care appointments ask for?
Substantial post-qualification adult intensive care experience. Each mandate states its own threshold, and we will tell you plainly if your experience does not yet meet it.
Will I be the only nurse in the residence?
No. We introduce household nurses in pairs, never alone, so that care is continuous and rest is protected.
Who employs me?
The family. You sign directly with them. We introduce and verify, and the family pays our fee.
