Consultant in Emergency Medicine — Private Family, Riyadh

Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Consultant in Emergency Medicine to a private family’s medical office in Riyadh. This is a Live-In appointment carrying clinical authority over a private clinical suite with advanced emergency and diagnostic infrastructure: rapid-response intervention, preventative screening and long-term health optimisation.

The Mandate

• Leadership of a dedicated private emergency and diagnostic suite within the family’s estate.
• Rapid-response medical intervention for a restricted patient panel.
• Preventative screening and long-term health optimisation strategy.
• A balanced workflow — clinical depth over volume — under strict NDA and household protocol.

Requirements

• CCT/CCST or an equivalent European designation in Emergency Medicine.
• Minimum seven years post-specialisation consultant experience, with depth in acute resuscitative care, advanced diagnostics and proactive medical planning.
• UK & European training.
• Diplomacy, emotional intelligence and absolute discretion.
• Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

• £240,000 per annum gross, with accommodation and travel included.
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Private accommodation within the residence.
• Annual leave with return flights home.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
