A family office based in Doha is appointing a UK & European-trained Physiotherapist to lead resident rehabilitation for a principal requiring sustained, long-term musculoskeletal and mobility care. This is a live-in, in-residence appointment, structured for a practitioner seeking permanence rather than a fixed-term contract.

The Mandate

The household is seeking continuity: one practitioner, embedded within the residence, responsible for a longevity-focused mobility and rehabilitation programme rather than episodic treatment. The appointment sits alongside the family’s wider private medical provision and reports directly to the household’s principal point of contact. It is a single-status appointment, with accommodation provided within the residence. Requirements

• Chartered physiotherapist with current UK or European professional registration
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on clinical practice following full registration
• UK & European-trained candidates only — Medical Staff Talent’s placements are drawn exclusively from UK and European training and registration systems
• Professional-level English and willingness to sign a comprehensive NDA before deployment
• Comfortable working within a single-principal, in-residence environment
• Availability to start within six weeks of offer
• Complete flexibility around the family’s calendar
• The ability to relocate alone and to travel with the family worldwide, often at short notice

• £79,000 – £94,000 tax-free, paid on a full contract-permanent basis

Scope of Our Role

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
