Personal Physician & Medical Lead — Private Family, Qatar

Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Physician as personal medical lead to a private family in Qatar. This is a permanent, highly confidential Live-In appointment with full clinical autonomy within a private residential environment.

The Mandate

• Personal medical lead to the family, with full clinical autonomy.
• Practice within a private residential environment.
• Coordination of external specialist care as clinically indicated.
• Strict NDA compliance throughout.

Requirements

• Specialist Physician with eight or more years’ post-fellowship or general practice experience.
• UK & European training.
• Demonstrated discretion in confidential household environments, under strict NDA.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

• £218,000 per annum gross, with free accommodation, flights and travel paid, and medical insurance covered (professional indemnity insurance is not included).
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Private accommodation within the residence.
• Annual flights home.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
