Medical Director & Consultant in Internal Medicine — Private Family, Doha

Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Consultant in Internal Medicine as Medical Director — clinical lead of the family’s private medical team — in Doha. This is a Live-In appointment carrying clinical authority over the family’s long-term preventative health strategy and the direction of a small clinical team.

The Mandate

• Clinical directorship of the family’s preventative and internal medicine strategy.
• Direct input over diagnostic and clinical equipment.
• Oversight of a small clinical team and coordination with visiting specialists.
• Absolute discretion under NDA.

Requirements

• CCT/CCST in Internal Medicine, or an equivalent European fellowship.
• Minimum ten years post-certification consultant-grade experience, including prior clinical leadership.
• UK & European training.
• Demonstrated discretion in confidential household environments, under strict NDA.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

• £240,000 per annum gross, with accommodation and travel included.
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Private accommodation within the residence.
• Annual leave with flights home.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
