Hydrotherapy Rehabilitation Physiotherapist — Private Family, Jeddah

  • Permanent · Live-In · Travelling with the Family
  • Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
  • 70000 GBP / Year

Medical Staff Talent

Medical Staff Talent has been asked by a private family in Jeddah to introduce a UK & European-trained Physiotherapist with hydrotherapy experience. A family member with chronic joint disease responds best to water-based exercise, and the family wants a physiotherapist to run a year-round programme.

The family travels often, including European summers and time on its yacht, and the treatment plan travels with it. Availability 24/7 and a six-day week are part of the appointment, as is usual with private families in the Gulf.

The Mandate

  • Hydrotherapy-integrated rehabilitation alongside land-based strength work.
  • Pool session protocols agreed with the household team.
  • Regular review with the family physician and rheumatologist.
  • Continuing the programme at other residences and on holiday.
  • Absolute discretion under a strict NDA.

Requirements

  • Physiotherapy degree from a UK or European institution, with aquatic or hydrotherapy-based rehabilitation experience alongside land-based practice.
  • At least 6 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
  • Full registration, in good standing, with a UK or European regulator.
  • Experience with Halliwick or Bad Ragaz methods is valued.
  • Fluent English.
  • Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
  • Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

  • £70,000–£105,000 per annum gross, depending on experience.
  • The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
  • Accommodation within the residence, entirely free of charge.
  • A permanent appointment with annual leave; the contract is renewed each year between the family and the clinician.
  • Visas for international travel are arranged and paid for by the family.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

Confidential Application
