Consultant in Anaesthesia & Intensive Care — Private Family Estate, Jeddah

Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care to a private family in Jeddah. This is a Live-In appointment within the family’s private medical set-up, combining acute readiness, continuous monitoring and long-term physiological optimisation for a restricted patient panel.

The Mandate

• Clinical autonomy over a restricted, exclusive patient panel.
• Immediate acute care readiness within the family’s private medical set-up.
• Clinical direction of the family’s UK & European-trained private nurses, who work in pairs for round-the-clock continuity.
• Long-term physiological optimisation alongside acute cover.
• Absolute discretion under NDA.

Requirements

• UK CCT/CCST in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, or an equivalent European fellowship.
• Minimum six years post-certification managing complex critical care and trauma within major UK or European teaching institutions.
• UK & European training.
• Proven history of operating under strict non-disclosure frameworks, and the leadership to guide an interdisciplinary private nursing team.
• Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

• £240,000 per annum gross, with accommodation and travel included.
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Private accommodation within the family’s estate.
• Funded CME.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
