Senior Consultant in Internal Medicine & Critical Care — Private Family, Riyadh

Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Senior Consultant in Internal Medicine and Critical Care to a private family’s medical office in Riyadh. This is a Live-In appointment combining acute intervention with long-term preventative stewardship for the members of a private family.

The Mandate

• Oversight of a dedicated private medical suite with emergency and diagnostic infrastructure.
• Continuous health optimisation for the family under household protocol.
• Clinical coordination with international specialist networks for advisory input.
• Absolute confidentiality under NDA.

Requirements

• CCT/CCST or an equivalent European fellowship in Internal Medicine, ideally with Intensive Care or Anaesthesia sub-specialisation.
• Minimum seven years post-consultancy in UK or European teaching hospitals or private family medical units.
• UK & European training.
• Professional discretion and composure in high-stakes decision-making.
• Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

• £240,000 per annum gross, with accommodation and travel included.
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Private accommodation within the residence.
• Annual leave with flights home.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
