Medical Staff Talent maintains a continuously open register for UK & European-trained family medicine physicians (GPs) and senior nurses available for permanent, live-in appointments with Private Families across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar — and on Mediterranean yachts when travelling with the family. These appointments are rarely advertised: they are filled from this register by clinicians who have already cleared vetting and verification.

What These Appointments Look Like

This is a permanent, live-in appointment with the family, with annual leave, renewed each year. Once in post, you travel continuously with the family across several countries; flights and travel are always paid for by the family. The setting is the household’s own medical facility or the principal’s residence, with accommodation provided within the residence. For physicians, the appointment is that of the family’s travelling GP — first-contact family medicine at the residence and on the move. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two permanent nurses alternating daily shifts of 8 or 12 hours — to protect continuity of care. Like every appointment we place, it is live-in and single-status. Credential Standard

Every clinician on this register holds a UK or European qualification — family medicine / general practice training (CCT in General Practice or a European equivalent) for physicians, a recognised nursing qualification for nurses — with an active registration in good standing, and has been verified at source before being matched to a mandate. Because appointments can open at short notice, we keep verified credentials on file in advance so that an introduction can proceed without delay. What every family asks of you

• Availability to start within six weeks of offer.
• Complete flexibility around the family’s calendar.
• The ability to relocate alone and to travel with the family worldwide, often at short notice.
• For nurses: readiness to work as one of a permanent pair, alternating daily shifts of 8 or 12 hours.

Typical Package

• Agreed as an annual salary, gross, in line with the bands on our current mandates: £218,000 a year gross, with free accommodation, flights and travel paid, and medical insurance covered (professional indemnity insurance is not included), for family medicine physicians; nursing packages start from €5,000 a month, depending on the appointment
• Household accommodation within the residence, free of charge
• A permanent, live-in appointment with the family, with annual leave, renewed each year, contracted directly between the family and the clinician
• Strict confidentiality throughout

The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.

Scope of Our Role

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

Appointments that never reach a public board go to the clinicians already on this register. Registering means you are contacted the moment a genuine permanent appointment opens with one of our private clients in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Doha — you are not applying to one specific advertised role.
