Senior Attending Emergency Physician — Private Family, Eastern Province

Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Senior Consultant in Emergency Medicine to a private family’s medical office in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. This is a Live-In acute-readiness appointment, overseeing a private medical suite equipped with emergency, resuscitative and diagnostic infrastructure.

The Mandate

• Leadership of acute medical intervention and immediate diagnostic staging under household protocol.
• Oversight of a private suite carrying current emergency and resuscitative infrastructure.
• Clinical coordination of complex medical logistics with specialists abroad.
• Absolute discretion under NDA.

Requirements

• CCT/CCST or an equivalent European fellowship in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care.
• Minimum seven years post-consultancy in leading UK or European teaching hospitals or private family medical units.
• UK & European training.
• Professional discretion and composure in high-stakes decision-making.
• Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

• £240,000 per annum gross, with accommodation and travel included.
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Private accommodation within the residence.
• Annual flights home.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
