Women’s Health Physiotherapist — Private Family, Dubai

Medical Staff Talent is searching for a UK & European-trained Women’s Health Physiotherapist for a private family based in Dubai. The family wants a dedicated clinician at home for the women of the household: recovery after childbirth, pelvic floor rehabilitation, care during pregnancy and long-term mobility for the older generation.

Expect regular travel with the family, including summers in Europe. As is usual for household appointments in the Gulf, the family expects availability around the clock and a six-day working week.

The Mandate

• Postnatal recovery programmes, including diastasis recti assessment and graded abdominal and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
• Antenatal care: pregnancy-related pelvic girdle and low back pain, safe exercise and pelvic floor preparation.
• Pelvic health across the lifespan, from the postnatal period to menopause, bone health and balance.
• Working alongside the family’s physician and maternity nurses on shared goals.
• Continuity of care during family travel, with clear records for every session.
• Absolute discretion under a strict NDA.

Requirements

• Physiotherapy degree from a UK or European institution, with postgraduate training or substantial experience in women’s, pelvic or obstetric physiotherapy.
• At least 5 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Full registration, in good standing, with a UK or European regulator.
• Fluent English.
• Able to start within six weeks of an offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

• From £60,000 a year gross, depending on experience.
• Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.
• Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Accommodation within the residence, entirely free of charge.
• A permanent appointment with annual leave; the contract is renewed each year between the family and the clinician.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
