It is a standing pipeline rather than a single advertised vacancy — when a Jeddah family confirms a mandate for a travelling family physician, the GPs on this register who fit are approached directly and in confidence. Appointments are based in Jeddah and travel with the family, including aboard the family’s yacht in the Mediterranean when the family is at sea. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

Credential Standard
Every physician on this register holds family medicine / general practice training — a CCT in General Practice or a recognised European equivalent — together with current UK or European registration in good standing and a practice history that stands up to verification. Families also look for readiness to travel at short notice and the confidence to work as the only clinician present. Credentials are verified at source before a profile is presented. Scope of Our Role
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
Typical Package
- £218,000 per annum, gross, with free accommodation, flights and travel paid, and medical insurance covered (professional indemnity insurance is not included), on every travelling family medicine appointment in Jeddah
- Private quarters within the residence; annual flights
- All travel with the family arranged by the household
- Strict confidentiality throughout
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.

Jeddah is the Kingdom’s Red Sea gateway — coastal, mercantile and noticeably more relaxed in tempo than the capital. Private family residences line the northern coast from the Corniche through Obhur, and every appointment is live-in and single-status, with accommodation provided within the residence.
