Consultant Physician — Private Family, Doha

Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Consultant Physician as personal medical lead to a private family in Doha. This is a permanent Live-In continuity appointment governed by strict confidentiality, with travel alongside the family where required.

The Mandate

• Principal medical authority for the Principal and immediate family.
• Clinical assessment and longitudinal management, optimisation of chronic conditions and acute presentations.
• Clinical coordination of specialist referral across the family’s international network.
• A single-Principal appointment built on permanence; the family selects for judgement and discretion before anything else.

Requirements

• Specialist Physician with a minimum of eight years’ post-fellowship or senior general practice experience.
• Demonstrable experience of continuity care at principal level, or comparable single-patient responsibility.
• UK & European training.
• Absolute discretion; the appointment is governed by a strict NDA.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
• Live-in and single-status: you relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Package

• £240,000 per annum gross, with accommodation and travel included.
• The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
• Private accommodation within the family’s residence.
• Annual flights home.

Scope of Engagement

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
