Dubai’s private-household mandates are led by family medicine and longevity: the personal physician who holds continuity for the principal, coordinates specialists across the city’s private hospitals and travels with the family. Credential Standard

Every physician on this register holds a UK CCT or CESR with GMC specialist registration, or a European specialist title recognised at consultant level, together with current registration in good standing and a practice history that stands up to verification — the specialist register is the credential Gulf households check first. Concierge and family-medicine physicians are expected to bring longevity and preventative practice; sub-specialists are expected to bring the case volume that justifies a household’s investment. Scope of Our Role

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

• £240,000–£400,000 tax-free per annum on current Dubai mandates — concierge and family-medicine physicians from £240,000; sub-specialist consultants and medical leads towards the upper end
• Furnished accommodation within the residence and annual flights

Living in Dubai

Dubai is the Gulf’s most internationally fluent city, and for a clinician relocating alone it is also the easiest to navigate. Private family residences cluster along the coast — Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim and the Palm — and inland across Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills and Al Barari, and every appointment provides accommodation within the residence rather than leaving you to the rental market.
