Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Paediatric Nurse to a specialist family care unit serving a UHNW household in Dubai, delivering dedicated, high-fidelity nursing care within a residential clinical setting built around a single family’s long-term health infrastructure.

The Mandate

This is a confidential, private-duty appointment embedded within a family’s own care infrastructure rather than a hospital ward. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day paediatric clinical oversight, coordinate with visiting consultants, and maintain meticulous clinical documentation to institutional standard, all while preserving the calm, discreet rhythm expected within a private residence.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification from the UK, Ireland, or an accepted European jurisdiction
• Demonstrable paediatric or neonatal nursing experience at a private hospital or specialist unit
• Comfort operating within a private household environment, with the discretion and professionalism this demands
• Willingness to complete DHA licensing and relocate to Dubai

Package

• £53,000 – £63,000 tax-free per annum, liquid and paid in full
• Private furnished accommodation provided within or adjacent to the family residence
