Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Physician as personal medical lead to an Ultra-High-Net-Worth family in Dubai.
The post offers full clinical discretion within a private residential setting, with responsibility for coordinating specialist care as required. It is a permanent, confidential engagement.
The Mandate
- Personal medical lead to a single family, with full clinical discretion.
- Practice within a private residential setting.
- Coordination of external specialist care as clinically indicated.
- Strict NDA compliance throughout.
Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified Physician with seven or more years post-fellowship or general practice experience.
- Trained and licensed in a Tier-1 UK or European system — UK, Ireland, or an accepted European jurisdiction.
- Fluent English.
- Eligibility for DHA licensing.
Package
- £290,000 – £360,000 per annum, tax-free, fully liquid and reviewed annually.
- Private residence accommodation, comprehensive medical cover, annual flights home.
