Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Senior Attending Consultant in Emergency Medicine to a Royal Health Bureau in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province.

This is an acute-readiness post. The clinician oversees a dedicated private medical suite equipped with emergency, resuscitative and diagnostic infrastructure, provisioned through an unconstrained procurement pipeline.

The Mandate

  • Command of acute medical intervention and immediate diagnostic staging under diplomatic protocol.
  • Oversight of a private suite carrying cutting-edge emergency and resuscitative infrastructure.
  • Direct access to unconstrained material resources — the facility is continuously provisioned at the peak of current practice.
  • Orchestration of complex medical logistics and cross-border coordination.

Candidate Requirements

  • Tier-1 board certification in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care — FACEM, American Board, or CCT/CCST.
  • Minimum seven years post-consultancy in leading Western teaching hospitals or sovereign medical units.
  • Absolute mastery of professional discretion and protocol under non-negotiable NDAs.
  • Adaptability to high-stakes decision-making.
  • Eligibility for SCFHS licensing.

Package

  • £310,000 – £395,000 per annum, tax-free and liquid, paid with zero local deductions.
