Medical Staff Talent is appointing a Western-trained Consultant in Internal Medicine as Medical Director to a Royal Health Bureau in Jeddah.
The appointment sits inside a secure sovereign estate on the Red Sea coast. The successful physician commands total clinical authority over the household’s long-term preventative health strategy and wellness optimisation protocols, working from an exclusive private clinic with advanced diagnostic infrastructure.
The Mandate
- Clinical directorship of a private clinic serving a single sovereign household.
- Total authority over preventative strategy, chronic disease optimisation and wellness protocol design.
- Operation under non-negotiable NDAs and established royal protocol.
- A balanced, optimised workflow — clinical depth rather than throughput.
Candidate Requirements
- Tier-1 board certification in Internal Medicine — American Board, FRCPC, or CCT/CCST.
- Minimum seven years post-consultancy experience.
- Background in Western academic medical centres, executive health units or sovereign diplomatic assignments.
- Impeccable emotional intelligence, command of protocol and absolute discretion.
- Eligibility for SCFHS licensing.
Package
- £320,000 – £410,000 per annum, entirely tax-free and liquid, distributed monthly without local deductions.
