Private Duty Nurse — UHNW Family Residence, Dubai

Medical Staff Talent is appointing a UK & European-trained Private Duty Nurse to an Ultra-High-Net-Worth family residence in Dubai. The engagement is permanent, residential and governed by a strict non-disclosure agreement.

The Mandate

Continuity of care for the Principal and immediate family within a private residential setting. The remit covers daily health management, medication governance, coordination with visiting consultants and escalation when required. Composure and absolute discretion are conditions of the post.

Clinical Environment

A purpose-equipped residential medical suite within a private compound. The household operates a small, permanent clinical team; there is no rotational cover and no caseload beyond the family itself.

Requirements

• Nursing degree from a Tier-1 UK or European institution
• Registration in a Tier-1 UK or European system — NMC, NMBI, or an equivalent European regulator
• Substantive private duty, ICU or high-dependency experience
• Demonstrated discretion in confidential environments
• Fluent English

• £58,000 – £72,000 tax-free
