Scope of Our Role

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

Typical Package

• £50,000–£95,000 tax-free per annum on current Abu Dhabi mandates — paediatric live-in care from £50,000; private duty nursing to a private family to £95,000
• Accommodation within the residence and annual flights
