Medical Staff Talent has been directly commissioned by a prominent Royal Family in Jeddah to identify a Western-trained Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care.
The physician operates autonomously within a private sovereign medical infrastructure, holding absolute clinical sovereignty over a highly restricted patient panel. The work is acute readiness, continuous monitoring and long-term physiological optimisation.
The Mandate
- Absolute clinical sovereignty over a restricted, exclusive patient panel.
- Immediate acute care readiness within a private sovereign medical infrastructure.
- Direction of a handpicked team of Western-trained private nurses for round-the-clock continuity.
- Long-term physiological optimisation alongside acute cover.
- Absolute compliance with royal protocol.
Candidate Requirements
- Tier-1 Western credentials in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care — FRCPC, American Board or UK CCT/CCST.
- Minimum six years post-board managing complex critical care and trauma within major Western teaching institutions.
- Proven history of operating under strict non-disclosure frameworks.
- Leadership capability to guide an interdisciplinary private nursing matrix.
- Eligibility for SCFHS licensing.
Package
- £290,000 – £390,000 per annum, entirely tax-free and unencumbered by local taxation.
