Physiotherapy Jobs in Dubai — Ongoing Opportunities for UK & European-Trained Physiotherapists

Medical Staff Talent

Private Medical Recruitment for the Gulf | UK & European Trained Specialists

Medical Staff Talent keeps a continuously open register of UK & European-trained physiotherapists for private appointments with private families in Dubai: performance and longevity physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, women’s health and post-natal recovery, and one-to-one manual therapy from a private treatment suite inside the residence. It is a standing pipeline rather than a single advertised vacancy — when a Dubai household confirms a mandate, the physiotherapists on this register whose specialism fits are contacted directly and confidentially.

Who We Place You With

  • Private Families — private treatment suites and training facilities within the residence
  • Family Offices — Dubai’s family offices, several of which now retain a physiotherapist full-time

The Dubai Market for Private Physiotherapists

Dubai is the largest physiotherapy desk on our books: nine mandates currently open, from Senior Physiotherapist to a private family at up to £130,000, through neurological rehabilitation for a Principal on a private estate, women’s health and post-natal physiotherapy for a private family, elite performance and longevity work, to an early-career one-to-one placement at £60,000–£70,000. Two appointments travel — the physiotherapist who moves with the principal between Dubai and a private yacht in the Mediterranean. What unites them is the absence of a caseload: one principal, or one family, and a programme you design and deliver yourself. Our guide to longevity and elite performance physiotherapy as the new standard for private families and our note on the private physiotherapist in Dubai with yacht travel describe the work.

Current Physiotherapy Mandates in Dubai

The physiotherapy appointments below are live on our desk today; the register exists for the ones that never reach this page.

Credential Standard

Every physiotherapist on this register holds HCPC registration or an EU-recognised equivalent, a BSc or MSc in physiotherapy, and at least three years of post-qualification practice in musculoskeletal, neurological, sports or post-operative rehabilitation; manual therapy skill is assumed, and a longevity or performance specialism is increasingly what separates a shortlisted profile from the rest. Credentials are verified at source before any client sees a profile. Full detail is on our Candidates page.

Scope of Our Role

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.

Typical Package

  • £52,000–£130,000 tax-free per annum on current Dubai mandates — early-career and manual-therapy placements from £52,000; senior private family and neurological rehabilitation appointments to £130,000
  • Accommodation within the residence and annual flights
  • Travelling appointments include the Mediterranean season aboard the family’s yacht
  • Strict confidentiality, under NDA, throughout

Living in Dubai

Dubai is the Gulf’s most internationally fluent city, and for a clinician relocating alone it is also the easiest to navigate. Private family residences cluster along the coast — Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim and the Palm — and inland across Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills and Al Barari, and every appointment provides accommodation within the residence rather than leaving you to the rental market. Appointments are single-status; direct flights reach London in around seven hours, and the tax-free package is straightforward to bank.

How This Register Works

Dubai households appoint physiotherapists quickly once a surgeon, a birth or a season plan sets the date, and they appoint from a verified register. Registering means you are on it before the date is set — you are not applying to one advertised role.

What every family asks of you

  • Availability to start within six weeks of offer.
  • Complete flexibility around the family’s calendar.
  • The ability to relocate alone and to travel with the family worldwide, often at short notice.
