Credential Standard
Every nurse on this register holds a UK (NMC), Irish (NMBI) or EU-recognised nursing registration in good standing, a BSc or equivalent, and a minimum of three years’ post-registration practice — with most private family appointments calling for five or more, in intensive care, paediatrics, neonatal, maternity or complex medical nursing. Scope of Our Role
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
Typical Package
- £52,000–£90,000 tax-free per annum on current Doha mandates — neonatal nursing from £52,000; senior ICU and private duty for a private family to £90,000
- Private quarters within the residence and annual flights
- Qatar’s end-of-service gratuity and no personal income tax
- Strict confidentiality, under NDA, throughout
Living in Doha
Doha is compact, exceptionally safe and easy to navigate once you know its logic: West Bay and The Pearl for waterfront living, Lusail rising to the north, and the villa compounds of Al Waab and Al Rayyan. Every appointment is live-in and single-status, with accommodation provided within the residence, and the Doha Metro and the airport’s proximity make the daily geography simple. Hamad International Airport flies non-stop to London several times a day.
