Every nurse on this register holds a UK (NMC), Irish (NMBI) or EU-recognised nursing registration in good standing, a BSc or equivalent, and a minimum of three years’ post-registration practice — with most private family appointments calling for five or more, in intensive care, paediatrics, neonatal, maternity or complex medical nursing. Scope of Our Role
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
Typical Package
- £58,000–£92,000 tax-free per annum on current Eastern Province mandates — maternity nursing from £58,000; private duty for a private family to £92,000
- Private quarters within the residence and annual flights
