Medical Staff Talent places UK and European-trained physicians as dedicated personal doctors who live in with, or travel with, a principal and household, not rostered through a hospital or clinic. Every physician we introduce has been assessed for the specific standard of judgement, discretion and availability that a private appointment of this kind requires. Every mandate is a permanent, live-in appointment with the family, with annual leave, renewed each year, as set out in the permanent, live-in model private families use for their clinicians: a live-in post within the family’s residence and, once in post, continuous travel with the family across several countries. The Mandate: Family Medicine, Longevity & Travelling Doctors

• Live-in personal care — a dedicated personal physician living within the household, available to the principal and family day to day and around the clock where the mandate requires it.
• Preventative medicine & longevity protocols — structured health optimisation, biomarker monitoring, and longevity programming built around a single principal rather than a general patient list.
• Discreet travel with the family — travelling with the principal upon confidential request, between the family’s residences and on Mediterranean yachts, without interrupting the standard of care.

Who We Serve

Private Families in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. We do not place physicians into hospital or clinic rosters — every mandate is a private, principal-facing appointment. Standards We Require

• UK or European medical training with an active, verified licence in the country of qualification.
• Qualifications, registration and employment history verifiable at source.
• Family medicine / general practice training (CCT in General Practice or a recognised European equivalent) and substantial independent experience as a GP, with the judgement to work without institutional back-up.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement and operate under strict confidential routing — standard on every household mandate.

Compensation and Package Structure

Live-in physician appointments with private families are priced well above institutional consultant grades. Across our current mandates, a resident Private & Concierge Physician is packaged at £240,000 per year, gross, with accommodation and travel included. Every appointment is permanent and travels continuously with the family, at the same £240,000 a year. A household package is normally built from a base salary plus furnished accommodation within the residence, annual flights and a defined travel and on-call structure. Because the principal is the sole patient, the scope, availability and travel commitment are agreed in writing before an offer is made. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.

The Appointment and Local Arrangements

The private families we work with require clinicians who relocate alone: every role is live-in and single-status. This is a permanent, live-in appointment with the family, with annual leave, renewed each year, as set out in our guide to the permanent, live-in model. Once in post, you travel continuously with the family across several countries; the family arranges and pays for travel visas.

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family’s own office and advisers.
