Gross compensation, stated openly. Live mandates are banded by discipline: travelling family medicine physician appointments at £218,000 per annum gross, with free accommodation, flights and travel paid, and medical insurance covered (professional indemnity insurance is not included); physiotherapy and osteopathy appointments from £60,000 a year gross, depending on experience; nursing packages start from €5,000 a month, depending on the appointment. All gross. Every role includes free accommodation and medical insurance, flights and travel are always paid for by the family, and professional indemnity insurance is not included for any profession. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
A clear division of roles. We introduce and verify; the application, and every local arrangement (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics), remains with you and the family’s own office and advisers.

Roles span travelling family medicine physicians, elite physiotherapists and osteopaths, and Private Duty Nurses, placed exclusively within private family estates across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha and the Eastern Province — together with onboard mandates aboard private yachts in the Mediterranean.

What every band above includes. Free furnished accommodation within the household, medical insurance covered, flights and travel always paid for by the family, and 30–36 days annual leave in a permanent appointment. Professional indemnity insurance is not included.
Bands reflect the UK & European-trained market segment — clinicians holding active registration in the UK or an accepted European jurisdiction. They are materially above the general Gulf healthcare market and should not be compared with aggregate salary data drawn from the wider expatriate workforce. Figures are indicative, denominated in pounds sterling at prevailing rates, and reviewed periodically.
